1. Several weeks before your event, Carol with meet with you, or your event planner. She will discuss with you the date, time, any special details or special people you would like in the painting. We will make decisions, such as where Carol will be situated to provide a good vantage point for the painting, but also a place where she will be unobtrusive.
    
2. The day of your Event, Carol will arrive three hours before, set up and start painting on location. When your guest arrive, she will be ready to strart painting them, and all the people who you would like in the painting. She will work all through the ceremony (or reception or special event), capturing the look and ambiance of the day, or night. Guest just love to take a look at the painting while she is working, they are always intrigued to watch the painting develop.
    
3. Carol will finish the painting in her studio, and in just two weeks you will have your finished oil painting of your event. Thank You cards/with envelopes, will also be ready for you to thrill your family and friends.
